Shipping, DOA, & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders ship UPS Next Day AM. When a order is placed, the shipping charge will automatically be added towards your order. The shipping charge is a flat rate of $75 per box. We only ship Monday-Wednesday for all orders. We will monitor weather both at the shipping and receiving location to ensure there is no chance of inclement weather that could potentially delay the shipment. If we feel as if there is a increased risk with shipping your order, we will postpone shipping until the risk is reduced and/or eliminated. The health of the coral is our #1 Priority, so if we feel there is increased risk, we will not ship. 

DOA Policy

In the rare event of a DOA on your order, Please contact customer service within 2 hours of order delivery. Failure to do so may void the Arrive-Alive Gauruntee. If we deem your order as a DOA, you will be refunded the full price of your order, except for the shipping charge. If you choose a replacement instead of a refund, there will be additonal shipping charges for the replacement. The Arrive-Alive-Gauruntee also covers delayed shipments. If you shipment is delayed, do not refuse delivery. This will void our gauruntee. 

Returns

No returns are accepted. If there is a problem with your order please contact customer service. Do not ship back anything back to us. Doing so will void any Gauruntee stated.
